LDT Goals

I have a few Let's Do This Goals.  Many go beyond actually losing weight.

  1. Be able to walk upstairs in our house without my legs hurting.
  2. Walk up two flights of stairs at work without being winded
  3. Not have my legs rub together when I walk
  4. Wear pants without a "2" in the size (yes, this means I eliminate size 12 and size 2 as well.  I'm ok with that).
  5. Be able to sit comfortably on the plane when I travel for work, without the arm rests digging into my incredibly large thighs.  
  6. Not worry about whether I fit into a ride at an amusement park
  7. Be able to cross my legs like a lady does
  8. Not have to pull my shirts down over my tummy
  9. Wear a shirt without an X in its size
  10. Be unrecognizable to someone from my past
  11. Learn to cook a delicious and healthy meal (or 10 meals).  
  12. Not be embarrassed to go to the pool or beach with my son.  
  13. Learn to ride my bike again so we can ride bikes when my son is old enough.
  14. Be more "creative" in my marriage.
